Use the website only if you can lawfully do so. These terms do not remove mandatory rights that apply in your country.
Current services and availability
The free services include reading birthday wishes, searching the homepage list, and copying selected messages. A Birthday Sharely account is not required. Device-dependent features may be unavailable or interrupted.
Permission to use free wishes
You may read, copy and adapt individual birthday wishes for your personal greetings, including a private message, personal social post or handwritten card. Attribution is not required for these individual personal uses.
This permission does not include bulk extraction, republication of the compiled collection, resale, template distribution or a misleading claim that Birthday Sharely endorses your own product. Contact us if you need permission for another use.
Your own wording and sharing choices
You retain any rights you hold in wording you add yourself. Review the final message, recipient and privacy settings in your chosen app before sending. Do not use private details or another person’s content without appropriate permission.
Our search and copy tools do not publish your words or send a greeting automatically. We cannot unsend a message, remove a recipient’s copy or control the retention settings of a separate app.
Artwork, software and third-party material
Individual wishes may be copied and adapted for personal birthday greetings. Republishing collections, scraping the website, reselling the content or using artwork commercially requires permission. Contact Birthday Sharely to discuss uses beyond personal greetings.
Third-party names, logos and components remain subject to their owners’ rights and any accompanying license. References to external services do not imply endorsement by their owners. Preserve applicable third-party notices when a license requires them.
Acceptable use
Use the birthday wishes for kind, lawful personal greetings. Our terms apply to the collection, and the rules below explain uses that are not permitted.
- Do not attack the website, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code or interfere with another visitor.
- Do not make unauthorized automated requests that overload the service or harvest personal information.
- Do not misrepresent paid access, remove ownership notices to mislead others, or sell free assets as your own product.
- Do not use contact channels for fraud, abusive messages or unsolicited bulk promotion.
We may take proportionate steps to protect the service and address misuse, consistent with applicable law. A use allowed by mandatory law is not prohibited merely by this general wording.
Advertising, external links and promotions
Birthday Sharely loads Google AdSense throughout this website. Google and its advertising partners may process IP addresses, device information, cookies and similar identifiers for advertising, measurement, security and fraud prevention. Advertising availability and any Google consent messages depend on Google’s account settings, visitor region and choices. Birthday Sharely does not provide a separate custom consent banner. Consent requirements still apply where relevant. Contact us about privacy concerns or use your browser controls to manage stored site data.
Limitations and consumer protections
Free message examples are creative starting points, not a promise of emotional results, uninterrupted availability or a particular device outcome. To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the tools or actions of independent services outside our control.
These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud or certain personal injuries, and do not remove mandatory consumer guarantees. We do not impose a universal “no refunds” rule, a forced arbitration clause or a choice of law intended to deprive consumers of local protections.
