Social profiles
Finding a birthday message can be simple until you try to write one for someone close to you. Birthday Sharely offers starting points for family members, relatives, partners and people preparing for marriage. Choose a relationship, read a few examples and adapt the words to suit the person you know.
Our name combines the occasion we celebrate and the happiness we share. Share Wishes, Spread Happiness is the principle behind the project. We aim to make one small, thoughtful gesture easier.
What you can find here
The homepage contains 40 general family birthday wishes and 42 relationship sections, with ten messages in each. The relationships include immediate and extended family, in-laws, step-family, godfamily, boyfriends, girlfriends, fiancées and fiancés.
Detailed English collections are also available for Mom, Dad, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, twins, husbands, wives, boyfriends, girlfriends, fiancées, fiancés, grandparents, grandchildren, great-grandmothers, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, all six in-law relationships, all six stepfamily relationships and all four godfamily relationships. Each has 60 additional wishes, writing advice, illustrated greeting cards and common questions. Choose a starting point and edit the wording to fit your own relationship.
Use the relationship navigation or search the wishes. The Copy button helps you move a chosen message to your preferred app. Reading and copying a wish do not require an account. Birthday messages are available in English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch and Japanese.
How we approach birthday messages
A useful wish starts with the recipient, not a list of keywords. We organize examples around the relationship, the length you need and the feeling you want to express. A two-sentence text can be enough. A card for a parent or partner may invite a longer memory or a more personal thank-you.
We encourage three simple steps: greet the person naturally, mention one real quality or shared detail, and end with a wish that fits their life. Humor should feel kind rather than embarrassing. Romantic wording should respect the relationship. Messages for someone grieving, unwell or experiencing a difficult birthday should leave room for their feelings.
Our content and artwork process
Birthday Sharely brings together birthday messages, illustrated greetings and practical writing tips for family and loved ones. Choose a relationship and a tone that fits, then add a real memory or a detail you appreciate. The examples help you begin a message in your own words. If you notice wording that needs attention, send us the page address and the sentence involved.
Our approach is to develop and organize useful examples, improve clarity and presentation, and correct problems when identified. Similar short greetings can occur naturally elsewhere, so we do not claim exclusive ownership of common phrases. We do not intentionally reproduce another publisher’s full collections, brand identity or protected artwork. If you identify a rights concern, please use Contact & corrections.
Copying with privacy in mind
Search takes place in your current page. The application does not submit your search text to a remote search service, create an account or save a collection of messages.
Copy places the selected wish on your device clipboard after you choose the button. You can then edit or send it in an app of your own choice. Browser and device settings control clipboard history and synchronization.
Free greetings and how the project may earn income
Reading, copying and adapting individual wishes for personal greetings are free under our Terms & conditions. Permission to send a greeting does not include republishing the complete collection, scraping it or reselling it.
Accuracy, accessibility and improvements
We aim for readable layouts, clear navigation and wording that respects different relationships. The Copy control depends on browser support and clipboard permissions. You can always select the visible message text manually.
If wording needs attention, a link fails or a control does not work, send the page address and a description to contact@birthdaysharely.com. Feedback helps us identify problems; it does not imply that every example has already passed independent editorial review.
